It is constructed from dressed Bath stone, featuring a central ashlar section with a channelled ground floor and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a basement. To the left, there is a gabled bay, while the central entrance bay is angled and has a shaped panel above the cornice. There is a lower bay to the right. The windows are plate glass sash. The front garden gate has re-entrant curved walls and is flanked by crenellation-capped piers typical of Eldon Square.
