This is a pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, built in the Eldon Square style, located on London Road. They are three storeys high and constructed of stucco. The ground floor has channelled detailing and two gabled projections, each featuring tripartite windows with glazing bar sashes, along with balconies. The first floor has pediments above the windows. Set-back porch bays are located at each end of the building. The roof is slate, with projecting eaves and a central chimney. Oculi are visible in the second floor of the end gables. The building is set behind a street wall of bath ashlar, which incorporates cross-gabled gate piers.
