ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 NW 7/47 No 22 23.8.74 GV II House with shop. Early C19. Dark red brick with early fine pointing; roofing material not visible. 3½ storeys; 2 window range. Parapet with string course. 2-pane plate glass hornless sash windows to 1st and 2nd floors, 6-pane to upper half-storey, are under flat rubbed brick arches. Of the c.1900 shop front only the decorated console brackets survive; otherwise late C20. rear windows all C20.
