Description

This is an early 19th century terraced house located on the south side of Western Road, Brighton. The house is built of stucco, with the roof hidden behind a parapet. It is three storeys high and features a single-window front. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front. The first and second floors have a segmental bay with flat-arched tripartite windows containing sashes of original design, flanked by pilasters. The building has a cornice and blocking course, and stacks are present on the party walls. The interior has not been inspected.
