Description
This is an early 19th-century terraced house on Western Street in Brighton. The house is constructed of stucco with an asbestos slate roof. It is three storeys high over a basement and has dormer windows. It is a one-window-range property. The entrance is flat-arched. The original three-storey bay was altered to a canted form on the ground floor, while the first and second floors retain a segmental design. The upper floors feature original glazing bars. A wooden balcony with an awning has been added to the first floor. The building has a cornice and parapet, two dormers, and a side stack. The interior has not been inspected.
