Description
This is an early 19th-century terraced house with a shop, situated on Bond Street, Brighton. The building is constructed of stucco and brick with a tiled roof. It is three storeys high, with a basement, and has a single-window front. The ground floor features a 19th-century shop front. The original arrangement of the central entrance and windows is preserved, along with a cast-iron grille beneath the windows and console fascia stops. The first and second-floor windows are flat-arched and tripartite, with architraves and original sash windows; the second-floor window is shorter than those below. A side stack is present, and the left-hand return is brick. The interior has not been inspected.
