Description

Numbers 29 to 35 (odd) and the front garden wall form a mid-19th century terrace with group value. The terrace is constructed of brick, with a stuccoed elevation, the ground floor being channelled. The buildings are four storeys high with a basement. Each house has two bays. Numbers 29 to 33 feature projecting Tuscan porches containing double doors, with an overlight above the entrance to Number 31. Number 35 has an Ionic porch that abuts Number 37. Numbers 33 and 35 have tripartite sash windows in vermiculated surrounds. The first floor windows are casements within eared architraves, with segmental dentilled pediments on consoles to Numbers 33 and 35. Sashes are located in eared architraves above the ground floor. Cornices are present on Numbers 33 and 35. The front garden wall is of stuccoed and balustraded construction. The houses and wall are included in the listing for group value.
