Description

A pair of mid-19th century houses located on Randolph Road, City of Westminster. The houses are constructed of brick with a stucco finish, and they stand three storeys high with a basement. They are four bays wide, with a slight breakforward in the centre, featuring two bays topped with a curved gable. Steps lead to paired porches supported by Tuscan columns, and these porches are decorated with a stucco band. The entrances are panelled doors with fanlights set within keyed surrounds. The lower floors have two-storey canted bays with sash windows in banded architraves, each topped with a stucco shell motif. Round-arched sash windows are present on the first floor, within panelled pilaster and keyed surrounds. Sill bands run along the building. Sashes on the second floor are set within architraves. The outer bays have mutilated segmental pediments.
