Description
A pair of houses located on Randolph Road in Westminster, dating from the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed of brick faced with stucco, and extend to three storeys with a raised central section, and a basement. They are four bays wide, with the central two bays projecting slightly. A pair of steps leads to a porch featuring Tuscan columns on panelled pedestals, with a decorative stucco band. A modillion cornice runs along the roofline. The front doors are panelled, with fanlights set within keyed openings. A two-storey canted bay window is located to the left. Windows are sash windows within banded surrounds, with scrolled ironwork. Sill bands are present. The first floor features round-arched sash windows set within panelled pilaster surrounds and dentilled cornices. The second floor has sash windows within architraves, with cornices to the centre and segmental pediments over the outer bays, all above a voluted cornice. The group value context recognises its contribution to the character of the area.
