Description

A pair of houses located on Randolph Road in Westminster, dating from the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish. They are three storeys high with a basement, and four bays wide, featuring a slight projection of the central two bays topped with a curved gable. Steps lead to paired porches, each supported by mutilated columns on pedestals. The front doors are panelled and have fanlights set within keyed surrounds. Two-storey canted bays are present on each side of the building, incorporating tripartite sash windows divided by pilasters. The first floor has round-arched sash windows, while the central round-arched windows have glazing bars and radial glazing in the heads, all set within panelled, keyed surrounds. Sill bands run across the front. Above, sash windows feature vertical glazing bars within architraves. A cornice finishes the building.
