No. 23 Blomfield Road is a mid-19th century villa constructed of brick, with a stuccoed and channelled ground floor. It has a Welsh slate roof and extends to three storeys plus a basement. The building is three bays wide, with a recessed side bay to the left. A central porch features angle pilasters and contains a panelled door with a fanlight overlight. The windows are tripartite sashes. A first-floor band runs around the building. The sashes on the first floor have glazing bars and are set within eared architraves supported by consoles.
