Description
This listing describes a pair of houses at 46 and 47 Blomfield Road, London W9, dating from the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish, and have a Welsh slate roof. They are three storeys high, plus a basement, and are four bays wide, arranged as 1-2-1 with a central projection. The entrances, which are accessed by steps, have half-glazed doors with overlights, set within architraves under a cornice supported by corbels. The windows are sash windows, incorporating glazing bars and margin lights, and are set within architraves. The ground floor windows have pediments supported by consoles, while the first-floor windows have cornices. Sill bands run along the facade. The roof is hipped, with overhanging eaves and decorative brackets.
