Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Blomfield Road and Clifton Road. The houses are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish, and have a Welsh slate roof. They are three storeys high and include a basement. The properties feature three bays each. The main entrances are centrally located, with a four-panel door and overlight beneath a cornice supported by corbels on the Blomfield Road side. A projecting, square, pilastered porch, containing a panelled door with a fanlight, is situated on the Clifton Road elevation. Sash windows with glazing bars, some including margin lights, are set within architraves. The ground floor windows have pediments resting on consoles. Cornices are present on the first floor. The building also incorporates sill bands and eaves brackets.
