Description

A pair of houses located on Randolph Road in Westminster, built in the middle of the 19th century. The houses are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish, and extend over three storeys with a raised central section, and a basement. They have four bays, with the central two bays projecting slightly. Steps lead to paired porches supported by Tuscan columns on panelled pedestals, with a decorative stucco band. A modillion cornice runs along the top of the facade. The front doors are panelled with fanlights set within keyed surrounds. A two-storey canted bay window is located to the right. The first-floor windows are sash windows with banded surrounds and scrolled ironwork. Sill bands are present. The first floor features round-arched sash windows within panelled pilaster surrounds, topped with dentilled cornices. The second-floor windows are sash windows set in architraves with cornices to the centre, and segmental pediments over the outer bays, all above a voluted cornice.
