Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Randolph Road in the City of Westminster. The buildings are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish. They are three storeys high, plus a basement, and have four bays, with the central two bays projecting slightly and raised with a blocking course. Steps lead to paired entrances within a double porch, featuring Tuscan columns on panelled pedestals which are banded with a decorative stucco motif. A modillion cornice runs along the top of the front elevation. Panelled doors with fanlights are set within keyed openings, flanked by sash windows in banded surrounds with scrolled ironwork. Sill bands are present. The first floor features round-arched sash windows set within panelled pilaster surrounds and dentilled cornices. The second floor has sash windows with architraves and cornices to the centre, and segmental pediments to the outer bays, above a voluted cornice.
