Description

TQ 2682 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER RANDOLPH AVENUE W9 31/4 (west side) 5.2.70 No 61 (White House) including front garden wall GV II House and garden wall. c.1860. Brick, stuccoed, channelled ground floor. 3 storeys, attic and basement, 4 bays with additional recessed bay to left. Quoins, Ionic porch with part glazed double doors and overlight. Sashes in vermiculated surrounds. Tripartite sashes to ground and 1st floor of side bay. Sashes in pedimented surrounds with attached fluted Corinthian columns. Simple iron railing to balcony probably replacing stucco balusters. Above, sashes in architraves. Scrollwork and dentil cornice. Later mansard roof with dormers. Iron railings to basement. Stucco balustraded front garden wall.
