Description

An early to mid-19th century pair of houses with a front garden wall. The houses are built of brick, with a stucco finish; the ground floor is channelled and the upper floors have quoins. The roof is hidden. The houses extend to three storeys and a basement, with six bays, and recessed side entrance bays above ground floor level. A single-bay wing is attached to the right, and a garage to the left. The panelled front doors have overlights with margin lights, set within an architrave supported by cornices on corbels. The windows are sash windows, with original vertical glazing bars removed, within architraves which are eared at the first-floor cornices. Casement windows are on the second floor. A balustraded stucco front garden wall runs along the property line.
