Number 19 Including Front Garden Wall And Gatepiers Number 24 Including Front Garden Wall And Gatepiers

Number 19 and Number 24, including the front garden wall and gatepiers, are a pair of houses located on the south-west side of Park Place Villas in Westminster. They were built in the early to mid-19th century and are constructed of brick with a stucco finish, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The houses are two storeys high, with an attic and basement, and each has three bays with angle pilasters.

Number 19 features steps leading to a central projecting porch that is adorned with pilasters and engaged Tuscan columns. The entrance includes a four-panel door with an overlight above it. The windows are tripartite sashes, each with cornices supported by consoles. There is a sill band on the first floor, a cornice, and a parapet with a central pediment. Number 24 has a similar front design. The stucco front garden wall includes gatepiers and a gateway that leads to Number 24 Maida Avenue, which has a lintel above it.
