Pair of houses, front garden wall and gatepiers. C.1830. Brick, stucco. Roof concealed. 2 storeys, attic and basement, 3 bays. Angle pilasters. Maida Avenue front: central projecting Tuscan porch contains 4-panel door with divided overlight. Tripartite sash windows, cornice on consoles to ground floor. 1st floor sill band. Cornice. Balustraded parapet and central pediment with windowed base. Similar facade to Warwick Street. Stucco front garden wall and gateway with pedimented lintel to No 32 and gatepiers to No.16.
