Description
Number 32 and Number 16 Warwick Avenue, including the front garden wall and gatepiers, is a pair of houses built around 1830. They are constructed of brick and stucco, with a concealed roof. The buildings are two storeys high, with an attic and basement, and feature three bays with angle pilasters.
On the Maida Avenue side, there is a central projecting Tuscan porch that contains a four-panel door with a divided overlight. The ground floor has tripartite sash windows and a cornice supported by consoles. There is a sill band at the first floor level, a cornice above, and a balustraded parapet with a central pediment that has a windowed base. The facade is similar to that of Warwick Street.
The front garden wall and gateway are also made of stucco, featuring a pedimented lintel for Number 32 and gatepiers for Number 16.
