Description
Nos 4 and 6 Warwick Avenue are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and covered in stucco, with a roof that is concealed. The buildings are two storeys high with a basement and have a three-bay layout, featuring a recessed center that is screened by Composite columns arranged in a distyle in antis. There are Composite angle pilasters on the wings. The entrances are located in the center and are sheltered by a later lean-to porch. There is a band at the first floor level, and the windows above are sashes with glazing bars. The side wings have tripartite sashes on the ground floor and first floor to the right, and a four-pane sash on the first floor to the left. The first floor windows are adorned with architraves, and the center has a pediment with balustrades on either side.
