TQ 2681 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER WARWICK AVENUE W2 40/42 (north-east side) 5.2.70 Nos 8 and 10. GV II Pair of houses. Early C19. Brick, stuccoed. Roof concealed. 2 storeys, attic and basement. 5-bay centre with Ionic columns tetrastyle in antis with single-storey entrance bays to sides. No 8: 6-panel door with overlight, No 10: later porch. Centre bays: blind central windows. Ground floor casements under alternating segmental and triangular pediments on consoles. Above, sashes with margin lights in architraves. Cornice. Central pediment containing windows, flanked by balustrades.
