Description
Nos 8 and 10 Warwick Avenue are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and covered in stucco, with a concealed roof. The buildings are two storeys high, with an attic and basement, and feature a five-bay centre supported by Ionic columns in a tetrastyle arrangement, with single-storey entrance bays on either side.
No 8 has a six-panel door with an overlight, while No 10 has a later porch. The central bays have blind windows, and the ground floor features casement windows beneath alternating segmental and triangular pediments supported by consoles. Above, there are sash windows with margin lights set within architraves. A cornice runs along the top, and there is a central pediment that contains windows, flanked by balustrades.
