Description
No. 2 Warwick Crescent is a mid-19th century house made of stucco. It has four storeys on the entrance side, with an additional attic storey. The entrance elevation is four bays wide and features a Corinthian portico. The ground floor is rusticated and has quoins. There is a continuous balcony on the first floor with an iron balustrade. The blind windows on the first floor are framed in the Doric order, and the central bay windows on the third floor have been cut through the principal cornice. The south elevation includes a segmental bow that rises to the first floor, which has a tripartite window framed in the Doric order, with a parapet above that is crowned by an iron balustrade.
