Description
12 and 14 Warwick Avenue are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and covered in stucco, with a concealed roof. The buildings are two stories high and have a basement, featuring a three-bay design with a recessed center that is flanked by Composite columns in antis. The wings have Composite angle pilasters. In the center, there are a pair of panelled doors with overlights, topped by pediments. A sill band runs along the first floor, which has sash windows. The side wings feature tripartite sashes with architraves on the first floor. The center has a pediment and is flanked by balustrades.
