Description

The pair of houses at 33 and 35 Warwick Avenue date from the mid-19th century and have been altered subsequently. They are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish to the ground floor, and have a Welsh slate roof. The houses are four storeys high with an attic and basement, and each has two bays. Quoins are present. Single-storey porches with pilasters and cornices flank the double doors with overlights. The two-storey bows contain tripartite sash windows, with pilasters to the first floor, topped by balustrades. Similar sash windows are on the second floor, each with a cornice resting on consoles. Horizontal bands run across the facade. A 20th-century mansard roof with dormers has been added.
