Description

A pair of houses located on Warwick Avenue, dating from the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish, and stand four storeys high, with a basement. They have two bays each, featuring two-storey bowed fronts. A narrow, three-storey recessed entrance block is incorporated into No. 61, while No. 63 has a single-storey porch. The ground floor is rusticated, and quoins are present. The front doors are panelled and set within pilaster surrounds. A wrought iron porch fronts No. 63. The bowed fronts have tripartite sash windows, topped by parapets. The second floor of No. 61 features a tripartite sash, while No. 63 has a casement window within a pedimented surround. A further tripartite sash is above this on No. 61, and a 20th-century window is present on No. 63. A dentilled cornice completes the facade.
