Welsh slate overhanging roof. 3 storeys and basement. 4 bays arranged 1.2.1 with central breakforward and narrow entrance bays to each side. Flight of steps to panelled doors with overlight in architrave under cornice on consoles. Sash windows with glazing bars, margin lights to ground and 1st floor centre, in architraves. Cornices to ground floor windows. sill bands. Linked to No 25 (qv) by brick garages. Included for group value only.
