Description
Nos 21 to 25 on Warwick Avenue is a mid-19th century terrace building. It is constructed of yellow-brown brick in Flemish bond with stucco dressings and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a total of seven bays arranged in a 2:3:2 pattern. The entrances to the outer bays and the center are accessed by a flight of steps, which are balustraded under a cornice supported by consoles. The windows are primarily sash with glazing bars or margin lights, except for three 20th-century casements on the second floor. There are sill bands present, and the roof is an overhanging hipped design. This terrace is linked to No 27 and No 19 by brick garages and is included in the listing for its group value.
