Description
Numbers 13 and 14 form a pair of houses dating from the early to mid-19th century. They are constructed of brick, rendered with stucco, and have a Welsh slate roof. The houses are three storeys high with a basement, arranged over four bays, with recessed two-storey entrance wings on each side. Steps lead to the front entrances, which have panelled doors topped with fanlights. The ground and first floor windows are sash windows with horizontal glazing bars, set within architraves. The ground floor has pediments supported by consoles, and cornices. A sill band runs along the first floor, and another along the second. The second floor windows are also sash windows with architraves and keyblocks. The eaves overhang and are modillioned. The roof is hipped. A balustraded front garden wall runs alongside Number 13, with gatepiers supporting a lintel. Number 14 has a lower wall with simple railings and gatepiers.
