Roof concealed. 2 storeys and basement. 3 bays articulated by slight breakforward of side bays and recessed centre. Steps to pilastered porch with cornice and balustrade above. Panelled double doors with fanlight. Tripartite sashes in architraves with pulvinated bayleaf frieze and cornice on consoles above. First floor sashes in eared and shouldered architraves with sills. Modillion cornice. Partly balustraded parapet. Low front wall with gatepiers to centre and right and further pier to left.
