Roof concealed. 2 storeys and basement. 3 bays, window bays breakforward slightly, centre recessed. Steps to central entrance with recessed 4-panel door and overlight in pilastered surround with dentilled cornice. Tripartite sashes in architraves with low railings, cornices on consoles. Above, sashes in architraves. Cornice and parapet.
