No. 6 Park Place Villas is a house from the early to mid-19th century, constructed of brick and covered in stucco. The roof is concealed, and the building has two storeys plus a basement. It features three bays, with the window bays slightly projecting and the central bay recessed. There are steps leading to the central entrance, which has a recessed four-panel door and an overlight, all framed by a pilastered surround with a dentilled cornice. The windows are tripartite sashes set within architraves, accompanied by low railings and cornices on consoles. Above these, there are additional sashes also in architraves, topped with a cornice and parapet.
