Mews residence. 1927 by T P Bennett. Red brick with rusticated quoins; tiled roof. Designed in the style of c.1700 and originally called Wren House. Three storeys, 5 windows wide. Ground floor has 3 double garage doors with early C18 style grilles and left and right single doorways in a similar style leading to the upper floors of the building. First floor narrow tall sash windows segmental arched with mask keystones. Second floor has oeil-de-boeuf windows with cut brick swags beneath boldly bracketed eaves cornice. Interior has apparently genuine reset early C18 panelling, doors and early C18 style plaster dentil friezes as well as a pastiche quattrocento ceiling etc.
