Description
No. 35 Berkeley Square is a mid-18th century terrace house that is original to the square. It is built of grey brick and has four storeys, a basement, and a slated mansard attic featuring two pedimented dormers. The house has three windows and a stone architrave doorcase with a cornice supported by consoles, along with a panelled door and a rectangular fanlight. The windows have revealed glazing bar sashes set beneath gauged brick flat arches. There is a plat band and sill band at the first floor, and a bracketed cornice at the third floor level. Additionally, there are early 20th century rainwater heads designed in a neo-Georgian Arts and Crafts style.
