TQ 2880 NE CITY OF WESTMINSTER BERKELEY SQUARE W1 69/20 (south west side) 24.2.58 No 43 GV II

Town house. C.1749-50 with some C20 alterations. Brown brick. Four storeys, basement and slated mansard attic with pedimented dormers. Three windows. The ground floor of stone with banded rustication and stone architrave doorcase with cornice on consoles to right. Dentil cornice at third floor level; moulded stone band below parapet. Stone architrave surrounds to sash windows, those on first floor with pediments. Mid C20 continuous iron balcony first floor. Area railing with original wrought iron lampholders and extinguishers.
