Description
Number 24, Berkeley Square is a town house built in the latter part of the 18th century. The building is constructed of brick and was stuccoed in the 19th century. It has three storeys, a basement, and an attic that features two dormers in a slated mansard roof. The façade includes three windows and a doorway with a rectangular fanlight. The first and second floor windows are framed with moulded eased architrave surrounds, and there are cast iron balconettes on the first floor windows. Inside, the property retains an open string stone staircase with a wrought iron balustrade, late 18th century doorcases, and restrained plasterwork.
