Description
No 25 Berkeley Square is a mansion block of flats built around 1906 by F T Verity. The building is faced with ashlar stone and has a design that is somewhat inspired by French architecture. It stands six storeys tall and features seven windows across its facade. The ground and first floors display banded rustication, while the upper floors have a window arrangement of one window, three windows, and then one window, with the central three windows being larger. The shallow, broad panelling around the window surrounds highlights the central recessed area, which is further enhanced by cast iron balconies that add a rhythmic element to the facade. The central entrance is accessed by a flight of steps.
