House c.1900. A narrow Portland stone front of 4 storeys and slate mansard attic. Modified Tudor style. Low ground floor with pilasters and columns supporting a shallow canted bay window that runs up through the second and third floors and is crenellated. The parapet is swept down for shell hooded dormer in mansard. Cast iron balcony to first floor. Decorative rainwater head to left. Included for group value in this tightly knit stone faced block.
