Description

No. 8 Hill Street is a terraced town house located in the City of Westminster. It was originally built in the mid to late 18th century but was rebuilt by Clough Williams-Ellis in 1924. The house features a brown brick facade with an amber brick parapet and a slate roof. It has three storeys, a basement, and a dormered mansard attic. The building has six windows, which are revealed glazing bar sashes set under flat gauged arches. The entrance includes a doorway with a rectangular fanlight, flanked by stucco pilasters and topped with a projecting cornice. There is a cast iron balcony on the first floor.
