Description

No 9 Hill Street is a terrace house built around 1748, with some minor alterations from the late 18th century. The building is constructed of brown brick and features a slate roof, rising to four storeys, with a basement and a dormered mansard. It has three windows across its façade. To the left, there is a semicircular arched doorway that includes a recessed panelled door, side lights, and a patterned fanlight. The windows are recessed glazing bar sashes set beneath flat gauged arches. The building is topped with a parapet that has coping, and it is enclosed by wrought iron area railings.
