Corner terraced town house with shop. c.1790 (mid C.20 shop) Portman Estate development. Stock brick, with channelled stucco ground floor to Blandford Street. 4 storeys and basement, 2 windows wide with 5-window wide return to Blandford Street. Mid C.20 shop front to Baker Street, original house entrance to centre of return, semicircular arched with panelled door in pilaster jambs, trellised side lights, fluted doorhead and patterned fanlight, vermiculated Coade keystone. Recessed sashes under flat gauged red brick arches. Plateband finishing off stuccowork at 1st floor level. Parapet with stone coping. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Interior retains D plan staircase with slender balustrade, top lit with original domed skylight.
