Terraced house or chambers with shops. c.1860, possibly by Charles Gray whose adjoining No. 22 Henrietta Street bears a close resemblance. Stucco, slate roof. Italianate with Florentine Renaissance features. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide. Ground floor has wooden shop front with pilasters supporting entablature-fascia flanked by enriched consoles, shop windows and doorway altered. Upper floors have architraved sash windows, those on 1st floor with console bracketed cornices, those on 3rd floor with keyed archivolt arches. The front is finished off by a bracketed cornice with a band of blue trefoils below.
