No. 4 Henrietta Street is a terrace house that was rebuilt between 1780 and 1781, with alterations made in 1865. The exterior features painted Portland cement rendering and dressings applied over brick, topped with a slate roof. The building has four storeys and a basement, and it is three windows wide. The doorway is located to the right and is flanked by rusticated piers with a cornice above. It has a panelled door and a semicircular fanlight with a radial pattern. There is a mid-20th century shop front. The upper floors have sash windows set in eared architraves, with pulvinated friezes and dentil cornices on the first floor. The second floor features enriched cornices linked by a plat band. A narrow frieze runs beneath the crowning dentil cornice, which is topped by a balustraded parapet.
