Description
Number 167 is a villa dating from around 1850. It is constructed of stucco with a low-pitched slate roof, and features rusticated stucco quoins. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a prominent central Doric porch featuring a modillion cornice and a balustraded balcony above. The porch contains a door with an oblong fanlight and side lights. The ground floor windows are sash windows set within canted bays, each featuring pilaster mullions and modillion cornices. Upper floor windows are sash windows with shouldered architraves, scrolled bases, keystones, and bracketed sills. The interior has not been inspected. The property is accompanied by area railings with spearhead standards. Number 167 forms a group with numbers 167 to 183 (odd).
