Description

This is a villa dating from the second quarter of the 19th century. It is two storeys high with three windows, built of yellow stock brick. The roof is low-pitched and slate-covered, with an eaves soffit. The corners feature pilasters topped with Composite capitals. Moulded architraves, shouldered on the ground floor, frame the sash windows, which have glazing bars. Console bracketed cornices and bracketed sills with panelled aprons are also present. A prostyle composite porch has an entablature with a modillion cornice and a blocking course. The entrance features a four-panel door, the two upper panels glazed, and a rectangular fanlight.
