No. 104 on Dartmouth Road, built around 1800, is a two-storey cottage featuring two windows and a stucco exterior. It has a low-pitched, hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. The sash windows have plain reveals and include glazing bars. The entrance has a later four-panel door set within a simple wooden trellis porch that has a swept hood.
