Description

This is a pair of mid-19th century buildings located on Perry Vale, set at right angles to one another. Each building is two storeys high with three windows, and exhibits an irregular facade. The buildings are constructed in a Gothic style, featuring a moderately pitched slated roof with a central gable adorned with a fancy bargeboard. The exterior is stuccoed, with a corbelled band marking the first floor level of the projecting centre. Hoodmoulds are present over the windows; one is pointed with Y-tracery, while the others are square-headed, with the upper lights being pointed and others featuring transoms with decorative bars. A projecting gabled porch with a four-centred arch provides access to a recessed four-panel door. Building number 101 has a garage extension built to match the style of the original construction.
