Description

The spire from the former Church of St Antholin is now situated between two modern terraces on the north side of Round Hill. This spire was brought from the demolished church by Sir Christopher Wren in the City of London. It features a panelled octagonal design, with the upper part remaining intact. The lower section has round windows framed by shell architraves. At the top, there is a composite capital serving as a finial, which is adorned with a ball and a wolf-head vane. The spire is currently mounted on a brick plinth.
