Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of three houses, numbered 106, 108, and 110, located on Vassall Road. Each house is three storeys high with a basement and originally featured two windows in the main block. The outer houses have two-storey, basemented entrance extensions set back from the main facade. The buildings are constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. Number 110 has a raised mansard roof with dormers above the entrance bay. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within stucco-lined reveals, with gauged flat brick arches above. Eight stone steps, with decorative cast iron handrails, lead to the six-panel front doors, which are topped with a cornice and patterned fanlight. The steps and handrails at Number 110 have been renewed.
