Description
No 116 on Camberwell New Road is an early to mid 19th-century irregular building that stands three storeys tall. The main block features three windows, with the left bay being narrower and set back, alongside a two-storey entrance bay on the left. The building is finished in stucco with a banded rusticated ground floor. It has a low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate, and the entrance bay has a cornice and parapet. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, except for the long casements on the first floor. The entrance door has three elaborate beaded panels, reeded quadrant pilasters, a mutule cornice head, and vertical bars on the fanlight. This building is included for its group value.
