Description

No 224 on Camberwell New Road is an early to mid 19th century small villa that stands two storeys high and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a stucco frieze, cornice, and a curved blocking course. The sash windows are adorned with gauged brick arches and stucco-lined reveals. The entrance includes a four-panel door flanked by panelled pilasters, topped with a cornice head and a patterned fanlight.
