Description
This is an early to mid-19th century house on the south side of Camberwell New Road. It is two storeys high with a basement, and has three windows. The house is constructed of stock brick with a stucco frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The windows are sash windows with vertical bars, set in stucco lined reveals, and are surmounted by gauged flat brick arches. Eight steps, featuring cast iron handrails, lead to the front door, which has been flushed into the wall. The door surround includes fluted quadrant pilasters, a mutuled cornice head, and a plain fanlight.
